To reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection it is essential that one also continues washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after coughing, sneezing, or blowing one’s nose. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
There is currently no evidence that consumer antiseptic wash products (also known as antibacterial soaps) are any more effective at preventing illness than washing with plain soap and water.
It's really up to you to decide and also really on what is available for you to keep yourself and those around you safe as possible through ensuring clean hands.
